This morning at 03:00 hrs Kevin Newton did our first regular run between Chorley & Preston hospitals. Agreement to do this was reached at a recent meeting of the Facilities Managers at Royal Preston Hospital. The hospital has asked that we help them out more as with all hospitals they have to save a great deal of money. Well done Kevin.

We crossed the 400 run barrier on Sunday 3rd February 2013, well done everyone. Next step is 500 and considering this is our first year of operating, it's pretty impressive. We currently have 4 permanent hospitals and several ad hoc ones. Well done to everyone.

This weekend in a period of 26 hours, Saturday evening to Sunday evening we completed 9 runs, most in the Western Area, but Central too. One rider on Saturday finished one run only to be sent to another straight away.

To date we have done 380 runs between hospitals, saving our local hospitals somewhere in the region of £20,000 and this is our first year, not only that we are only 9 months into it. The rate of runs is increasing month on month. What of the snow?
