After 7 years as the Chairman of NWBB Lancs & Lakes, Paul Brooks, who was a joint founder of the charity along with Graham Jones, has stood down as the Chairman, although remains a Trustee and Rider. Paul said: “NWBB Lancs & Lakes has turned out to be a great charity and far, far bigger and better than Graham & I thought when we first decided to start it. The membership has grown immensely with all good people willing to help others. Yes I was sad to step down, but it’s grown so big it really needs a new lead and I think it is in safe hands with Simon Hanson and the new Committee. At least now my wife and I will have time to ourselves haha!” Paul goes on to say, “I would like to thank all our members for doing what they do and the contacts at all the Hospitals we serve for helping us to get where we are.”
