Hi All our followers. Paul Whitehead, one of our riders set off from John O'Groats at 03;30 hrs this morning 2nd July 2013 and rode all the way to Lands End just within the 20 hours (just under 21 hours) arriving at Lands End at 00:26 hrs.
He had great help from Northumbria Blood Bikes, Durham Police bikers and White Knights Blood Bikes, Yorkshire, and he sends a Massive thanks to them.
He encountered wind and rain in the north and thick fog in Cornwall, road closures because of maintenance in the north and a serious road traffic collision in Devon & Cornwall and he did it all without using motorways.
Another BIG thanks to Scorpion Trackers without whose help we couldn't have monitored him. Even the guys at Scorpion were monitoring him throughout the day. Thanks to Mark, Tony & Dan and a big thanks to Greg our Web master for watching and putting it on Facebook.
