Basically Mother Nature had her evil way with us - the weather was pants to say the least! Having said that, Andy Griffith, Dougie France + 2 (wife and 7-yr old collection master....sorry, daughter), Andy & Deb Houghton manned, woman'd and child'd the stall all weekend raising money.
We also had a couple of our North members attend on Saturday for a couple of hours, gave out quite a few brochures, got quite a bit of interest especially from the more northerly end of the county...oh aye, we also made one of the nearby stand-holders need to change her underwear when I fired up the blues & two's in direct competition to the police bikes at the other end of the area!!
Well done to those that attended in terrible weather and still managed to fly the flag, recruit and raise some funds for the pot.
