Through their “not for profit” scheme, Microsoft have provided us with software to enable seamless communication throughout the charity and also a significant amount of cloud based storage. Through the cloud, we are able to collaborate on documents which reduces the amount of time our volunteers need to spend downloading emails and also means that as any document is updated, others can see the update in real time.
