Complaints Procedure.

NWBB L&L are a small charity staffed entirely by volunteers who provide a free service to assist the NHS with the transport of samples and medical supplies, primarily using motorcycles. The management and administration of the Charity is done by a small group of volunteers appointed by the members and committee under the guidance of trustees. NWBB L&L do not have a staffed office facility to contact but have an appointed group within these volunteers to deal with complaints.

If you have a question or if you would like to make a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact the Charity at
