I understand I will have access to the charity’s constitution and operating handbooks through the member website https://nwbb-lancs.org/members/ and agree to abide by those rules and procedures.

I am aware of the Charity’s Privacy Policy https://nwbb-lancs.org/privacy-policy/ and agree to have my address, telephone numbers, and email address kept on a ‘Restricted’ database available to members and managers solely for the purposes of operating the charity. I note that all of my personal data will be erased within 12 months of ceasing to be a member of NWBB Lancs & Lakes.

I am aware that riders and drivers agree to:

• have personal insurance in place which covers their vehicle (motorcycle or car) for charity work, including carrying items between hospitals for the NHS.
• notify the Membership Secretary of any change in licence entitlement or penalty points on their driving licence (maximum allowed: 3 points for fleet bikes, 6 points for personal bikes and car drivers).
• ensure all legal requirements on vehicles are met for public road use.
• ensure their vehicle is in a roadworthy condition.
• ride or drive courteously and obey all road traffic legislation and regulations when on NWBB L&L duties.

I understand that the reputation of the Charity, in the eyes of the NHS and public supporters, is of paramount importance. I am not aware of anything in my personal situation that might conflict with the interests or reputation of NWBB Lancs & Lakes.
